PRODUCT CHANGES

You can change all or part of the order within 14 days from the date of sending the order from our store. If the reason for the return is a mistake of Princefashion we undertake to bear the cost of the return.

For any change or return, you must first contact us, at info@princefashion.gr or by phone at 210-6126111 and inform about your wish. The details that must be mentioned in addition to the name, are the order number, and the product code that he wants to change.

You can make changes exclusively with the document that has been issued for your order and in our physical store (Dimitras 11b - Maroussi).

The following applies to remote change:

A) For orders over 60 € the costs of the first change (return and shipping again to the customer) are borne by our company. In case of above changes the costs are borne by the customer.

B) The first change is made exclusively with the transport company that cooperates with Princefashion. (SPEEDEX)

C) For orders under 60 € the return costs are borne by the company while the shipping costs of the change are borne by the customer.

D) The products to be changed must be in excellent condition, with the special markings (cards) and their original packaging. In case of return of shoes, the original box of the designer should accompany the shoes. The box is not the shipping package of the shoes. For this reason, labels or packaging tapes should not be affixed to it. Underwear, for reasons of hygiene, are not returned and are not changed. Products with a discount of 60% or more can NOT be changed, or refunded.


DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In case the customer receives a defective product then it must be replaced. A product that has a proven and obvious manufacturing error is considered defective.

The defective product returns to our company and is replaced (if availability) at the expense of princefashion.gr

In order for a product to be accepted as defective, the wear must not be due to misuse of the product and within 14 days of receipt. In case it is found that the damage is due to misuse of the customer, it is found that his packaging has been used or damaged, then the same product is returned to the customer with shipping costs borne by him. The customer is obliged to follow the washing instructions written on the inner laundry card. If the washing rules are not followed, princefashion.gr does not bear any responsibility.

Tip: Shoes should be tested indoors in a clean place. In case of change it should be clean.

 In case of withdrawal - cancellation of an order, which is made within 14 days from the date of the order, the cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.

Refund is made for orders over 60 € and the time limit for its completion is 15 days. For orders under € 60, it is possible to reserve the amount for redemption up to 6 months after the return of the order. In case of refund, the RETURN COSTS OF THE PRODUCTS ARE CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER.
